Before joining Beekman Capital Management, Ltd., Mr. Smith worked on the Gold Coast in Australia for ABN AMRO Morgans in Advisor/Dealer support during 2004.
Prior to that, he was a Consultant in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services Division for Ernst & Young LLP in Brisbane Australia.
Born in New Zealand, Mr. Smith completed his schooling in Australia graduating from the University of Queensland with a Bachelors of Commerce in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelors of Business Management in International Business and Human Resource Management.
He has subsequently completed his Diploma of Financial Markets from the Securities Institute of Australia.
