Jay Paonessa

Mr. Jay Paonessa is Controller at Mantucket Capital Management Corp.
He is responsible for complete assessment of acquisition targets (financial, operational, management team, market, etc.), evaluation of alternative investments (primarily fine art loans) and provide controller/CFO services to portfolio companies.
He is also on the Board of Directors at Symbius Medical, LLC Prior to joining Mantucket Capital in July 2008, Mr. Paonessa was employed at ZettaCore, Inc. as Director of Accounting.
He also worked with Sun Microsystems as Senior Financial Analyst, with BizTone.com as Senior Product Specialist and with Deloitte as Senior Consultant / Accountant.
Mr. Paonessa received his Master's in Accounting from the University of Florida.
He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
