Jeb Belford

Mr. Ralph J.
Belford, III, is a Managing Director & Chief Investment Officer at Clarion Partners LLC and a Managing Director at Clarion Partners LLC / Private Equity.
He is a member of the Firm's Investment Committee and Executive Board, and is the lead portfolio manager for Clarion Partners’ open-end, core fund.
Previously, Mr. Belford was an acquisitions leader for the firm, completing more than $3.5 billion in real estate transactions across a broad range of strategies.
His background includes all aspects of investment management - acquisitions, asset management, leasing and operations, financing and sales – for assets of all property types and risk strategies totaling over $5.0 billion, in markets across the U.S.
and in Latin America.
He received his undergraduate degree in B.A.
Mathematics and Religion from Dartmouth College.
