Ms. Rizza has many years of investment experience and joined ING Investment Management in 1994.
Previously, Ms. Rizza was an international equity analyst and trader, specializing in the Far East, and before that was liaison and facilitator between the president of ING and the investment community.
Earlier, she worked as a short-term fixed income trader.
She received a B.S.
in finance from Fairfield University and an M.B.A.
in finance from the University of Hartford.
