Jennifer Kwan

Ms. Jennifer Kwan is an Associate at Windrose Advisors LLC.
She works closely with the CIO and senior investment analysts to research managers and conduct due diligence on investment opportunities.
She is also involved in building asset allocation and transition plans, performing data and scenario analysis.
She currently serves on the steering committee of the New England Venture Network and is a volunteer consultant at Main Street Partners.
Prior to joining Windrose Advisors in 2013, Ms. Kwan worked at Spinnaker Capital LLC as a private equity analyst.
She monitored existing investments in funds and companies across various industries and assisted senior members at Spinnaker to structure transactions on new and follow-on investments.
Previously, she worked at large financial institutions such as Merrill Lynch and John Hancock, and at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
She graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with a BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.
