Joanne Dickie

Ms. Dickie joined Pason Systems Corp.
as Chief Financial Officer in October of 2000.
Ms. Dickie graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton in 1978 and became a Chartered Accountant in 1980.
Between 1981 and 1988, Ms. Dickie worked as Controller and Manager of Finance for the Canadian division of Asamera Inc. and its predecessor companies.
In 1988 Ms. Dickie was part of the formation of Gardiner Oil and Gas Limited when the Canadian assets of Asamera Inc were acquired.
Gardiner Oil and Gas went public in 1993 and was acquired by Poco Resources Ltd.
in 1996.
Ms. Dickie joined and was part of the shareholder and management group of Gardiner Exploration Ltd.
from 1996 to 1999 when the company was sold to Cypress Energy Ltd.
