John A. Mengacci

In April 2007, Mr. Mengacci joined CI.
He brings to CI over eight years of experience as a member of its board of directors where he served as former chair of the Finance, Operations and Compensation Committee and as a member of the Clean Energy Investment Committee.
His previous position was as an undersecretary at the State of Connecticut Office of Policy and Management where he had responsibility for numerous statewide initiatives and several policy areas including energy.
His vast experience in the energy sector includes his membership on the Clean Energy Advisory Committee and the Governor’s Steering Committee on Climate Change.
He currently serves as chair of the Connecticut Energy Advisory Board.
Mr. Mengacci earned a bachelor’s degree in business from LaSalle College in Philadelphia and a law degree from Loyola University in New Orleans.
