John M. Dauernheim

JOHN M.
DAUERNHEIM has served as Chief Operating Officer since January 15, 2004.
Mr. Dauernheim was Chief Operating Officer for OIA Global Logistics ("OIA"), a worldwide logistics and supply chain management company from June 2000 to December 2003.
Prior to his association with OIA, he had been Vice President of Worldwide Operations and Sales for Federal Express Corporation from January 1984 to December 1993 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Aero United Transportation Services, a regional logistics services company, from December 1993 to June 1995.
He has also held senior management positions for Yellow Corporation, a nationwide trucking company and GES Exposition Services, a trade show services company.
Mr. Dauernheim has been on the Board of Directors of the International Express Carriers Association, the Air Courier Conference and the Bishop's Museum in Hawaii.
Mr. Dauernheim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Manhattan College.
