Prior to that, Mr. Gaviao worked nine years at ABN AMRO, where at the time of his departure he was Director for all Debt Capital Markets activities in Brazil.
During his tenure Mr. Gaviao was responsible for domestic and cross-border origination and domestic syndication and distribution, having had postings in Amsterdam, New York and Sao Paulo.
Mr. Gaviao holds an MBA from University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
