The firm was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Paris. They are the successor to SGAM-Société Générale Asset Management SA, founded in 1997 to take over the asset management activities of Société Générale. BFT Investment Managers SA (BFT IM) is the asset management subsidiary of Amundi Asset Management SA, itself a subsidiary of Rue de la Boetie SAS's Crédit Agricole SA (EPA: ACA; ADR: CRARY) in France. Founded in 1985, the firm is headquartered in Paris and specializes in providing asset management services for institutional investors, regional banks and medium- to large-sized companies.
