Kyndra Adair is a Vice President and Funds Counsel at General Atlantic.
Before joining General Atlantic in 2021, Kyndra was a Vice President, Legal & Compliance at BlackRock, Inc. where she advised on a broad range of global private funds, including private credit funds, hedge funds, funds-of-funds, and other opportunistic private funds.
Prior to that, she was an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, in the Private Funds group.
Kyndra started her legal career as a Business Law Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP, where she focused on private equity M&A and growth equity transactions and structuring.
