Mark O'Leary

As Cardinal’s Legal Counsel since 2011, Mark has been central to the establishment and fundraising processes of all Cardinal’s managed funds.
He prepares initial feasibility reports, oversees marketing and advises our founders and wider team on legal and tax structuring, due diligence and investor relations.
He previously held senior operational roles in various Irish SMEs and mid market companies.
Mark is a graduate of University College Dublin, a qualified solicitor, a member of the Law Society of Ireland and on the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales (non practicing) and was previously approved as a PCF by the Central Bank of Ireland.
