As Vice President, Professional Services, Mark directs the daily operations of Sigma Systems' Professional Services team and has more than two decades experience in telecommunications and software development in the global software consulting, development, and deployment arena.
Joining Sigma Systems in 1999, Mark continues to work in a hands-on management capacity with the company's key customers.
Under Mark's leadership, the company's Professional Services team continues to exceed Sigma's clients' expectations.
Mark's tenure with Sigma includes an eighteen-month assignment at the company's UK-based center of excellence.
As Director of Sigma's Professional Services, EMEA, Mark was instrumental in establishing the company's European presence.
Prior to joining Sigma Systems, Mark held senior positions in the Internet IT group at one of North America's largest cable system operators.
Mark began his career in technology at a large Canadian national mobile service provider, in positions of increasing responsibility.
Mark holds a computer science degree and has completed numerous courses in professional development.
