Matthew H. Kather

Mr. Kather spent the initial part of his career in corporate finance at RBC and Silicon Valley Bank, focusing specifically on this space, during the mid- and late-1990s.
Before publishing in this sector for WR Hambrecht + Co in 2006, he spent the previous six years in technology sector equity research sales, both at DB Alex.
Brown and most recently at AmTech.
Mr. Kather was graduated magna cum laude and holds a BS from Bucknell University, and an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.
He has lived in Japan, where he met his wife, and he speaks fluent Japanese.
In 2004, he earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
