Michael Avramovich

Michael Avramovich is President of Avramovich & Associates PC, Professor of Business at North Park University and an Adjunct Professor at the John Marshall Law School.
He was a Director of CTI Industries Corp.
until April 1, 2008.
Previously, he was an Associate Professor of Accounting and Finance at National-Louis University in Chicago, Illinois and held various financial accounting positions at Molex International, Inc. and Touche Ross in Chicago.
Mr. Avramovich received a BA degree in History and International Relations from North Park University, a Master of Management in Accounting and Information Systems and Finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University, a JD from the John Marshall Law School and an LLM in International and Comparative Law from Georgetown University Law Center and is a Certified Public Accountant.
