Mohamed Abdulsalam Alansari

Prior to his General Manager role, Mohamed was the Managing Director, Head of Treasury and part of the Senior Management at SAYACORP – previously First Energy Bank (FEB) – responsible for establishing and maintaining banking relationships, management of the overall liquidity of the Organization as well as establishing guidelines for risk-taking and balance sheet funding in addressing the business growth.
Prior to that, he was an Executive Director of Investment Placements covering the MENA and Asia regions for Financial Institutions.
Mohamed started his career at Arab Banking Corporation where he was Proprietary Investment Portfolio Manager, handling the Bank’s USD5.5Billion proprietary Book of MBSs, Global Equities, Fixed Income, FRNs, Sukuk, CDOs, CLNs, SIVs, structured products and Emerging Markets Portfolios.
Mohamed brings to SAYACORP an extensive finance and investment banking experience especially in Capital Markets, Islamic Finance and a strong global and regional banking network.
As the General Manager, he oversees and supervisors all of the Company’s activities and the subsidiaries, which are the financial and real estate arms of the SAYACORP Group.
Mohamed is a senior member of SAYACORP’s Executive Management Committee (EMC), Management Risk Committee (MRC) and is the Chairman of the Staff Savings Committee (SSC).
He also sits on the Board of SAYACORP CAPITAL LTD in the DIFC.
Mohamed holds an MBA and BBA from the University of Houston in Texas, USA.
