Quoniam Asset Management GmbH (Quoniam) is the majority-owned asset management subsidiary of Union Asset Management Holding AG in Germany. The firm's management holds a significant minority interest. Formerly known as DG PanAgora Asset Management and then Union PanAgora Asset Management, the firm was established in 1999 as a joint venture between DZ Bank AG, PanAgora Asset Management Inc. and the managing partners. In 2009, UMH and the Quoniam management team acquired PanAgora’s shareholding and the firm changed their name to Quoniam Asset Management GmbH. Based in Frankfurt, Quoniam focuses on quantitative investment strategies for institutional investors.

Union Investment Institutional GmbH (Union Investment) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Union Asset Management Holding AG in Germany. The firm was founded in 1970 as Deutsche Gesellschaft für Investment-Fonds GmbH and was rebranded as Union Investment Institutional GmbH in 2002. Headquartered in Frankfurt, Union Investment manages funds for a range of institutional investors including banks, pension funds, church organizations, businesses and non-profit organizations. They are a signatory to the UN Principles of Responsible Investment and offer a variety of socially responsible investments including SRI mutual funds, segregated accounts and real-estate investments.
