Olena Bezpala

Ms. Elena Bezpala (fka Chaikivskaya) is Financial Director at the fund.
She is responsible for financial management in the company and for financial control over the fund’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining the fund, Mrs. Bezpala worked at the Kiev branch of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
During her seven years with PwC, she managed a number of auditing projects for companies and financial organizations.
Later she was appointed Senior Manager of the Performance Improvement Consultancy.
As a Senior Manager, Mrs. Bezpala headed the consulting sector focused on finance and accounting.
She was responsible for the development of consulting services, managing programs for the development and implementation of accounting systems, bookkeeping and reporting methodology, building and improvement of processes for the preparation of accounts, analysis and optimization of the financial function.
In 1999-2000, Mrs. Bezpala was an auditor at Nottingham House.
In 1998 she worked at two audit companies (Ex-audit and Consulting Ltd.) as Chief Accountant.
Mrs. Bezpala has a Master’s Degree with specialization in accounting and audit, Kiev National Economic University.
She is a member of the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Mrs. Bezpala has completed the level 1 of the Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) Program.
