Mr. Noonan joined WestAm Private Equity Group in 2005.
Prior to joining the Advisor, Mr. Noonan was a senior partner of two family offices where he managed the private equity investment activities of each involving both fund investments and direct investments.
Previously, Mr. Noonan was Corporate Treasurer of a $1.0 billion (revenue) multi-national private manufacturing company where he managed its worldwide treasury operations, commercial and investment banking activities, acquisitions and divestitures and led the evaluation of numerous strategic initiatives on behalf of shareholders.
Mr. Noonan also has extensive corporate and leveraged finance experience developed earlier in his career with both Societe Generale and InterFirst Bank N.A.
(now part of Bank of America).
Mr. Noonan received his M.B.A.
in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University and a B.A.
in Business Administration from Briar Cliff College.
