Peter Davies

Peter Davies is Non-Executive Chairman for Wales Fund Managers Ltd.
Prior to joining WFM, Mr. Davies was managing director of NM Rothschild and Sons (Wales) Limited where he had specific responsibility for corporate finance.
Previously he was a partner in KPMG Peat Marwick for almost twenty years, during that time he developed an in depth knowledge of the industrial and commercial activities in South Wales.
Additionally Peter Davies was for four years Finance Director of Christie Tyler Plc and was in this position at the time of that Group's flotation.
He also recently retired as Chairman of Principality Building Society and chair of the Council of the University of Wales Swansea.
