Robert J. Osterloh

Robert Osterloh Senior Vice President and President of Systems Integration Sector Robert "Bob" Osterloh is Senior Vice President and President of the Systems Integration Sector (SIS) for The Titan Corporation.
He joined Titan through the acquisition of BTG, Inc. in 2001.
Mr. Osterloh is responsible for the management and financial performance of SIS supporting customers in the U.S.
Defense and Intelligence Community.
The Sector's main areas of expertise include system integration, software development, information operation and enterprise management.
Mr. Osterloh is a graduate of South Dakota State University (BS) and University of Arkansas (MS).
He has more than thirty years of experience in Industry and the Air Force, working in air operations, information operations, intelligence, combat operations, modeling and simulation, project management, and exercise support.
