Robert Julien

Mr. Julien's career includes experience in the manufacturing, service, and real estate industries.
He began his career at Chateau Paints Inc., a midsize paint manufacturer in Montreal.
In January of 1993, he left Chateau Paints to pursue a career in real estate development with Kolter Property Company, in Florida.
He assumed responsibility for overseeing the development of Woodfield County Club, an 830-acre residential golf course community in the heart of Boca Raton.
Woodfield was the first Kolter development in Florida.
In early 1995, he returned to Canada as President of Kolter Property Company.
Under his direction, Kolter has continued to develop and acquire properties in Toronto, Dallas and South Florida.
