Roland M. Desrochers

Mr. Roland M.

Prior to joining Lazard Technology Partners in 2004, Mr. Desrochers was with H.I.G.
Capital, a $1.5Bn private equity and venture capital firm.
While at H.I.G., he evaluated early-stage venture investments with a focus on communications and data/storage networking companies.
Prior to H.I.G.
Ventures, he was a financial analyst in Morgan Stanley’s technology investment banking group in Menlo Park, CA where he worked on several M&A and public equity transactions in the software and semiconductor sectors.
Mr. Desrochers holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated from MIT with a BS in mechanical engineering and a minor in economics.
