Sihai Tran

Prior to joining Norshield Asset Management, Sihai led a team of consultants in Norshield’s Merchant Banking division that performed due diligence on the business and financial affairs of corporations, partnerships and other entities in connection with a wide variety of transactions such as public or private financing, and acquisitions of shares or assets.
Currently, Sihai performs ongoing risk management and daily performance measurement on alternative investment portfolios, as well as qualitative and quantitative due diligence on existing and potential investment managers.
Sihai is also involved in alternative investment product development, and maintains Norshield’s proprietary Alternative Investment Manager Database.
Sihai graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Major in Finance and a Minor in Marketing.
Sihai is currently enrolled in the CFA Program and is a Level 3 candidate.
