Ms. Sonja Wallenborn is an Associate Director at Sustainalytics GmbH.
She manages a team of analysts focusing on equities in the industrials, infrastructure, transportation, and commercial services sectors.
She assures the quality of the research products and also engages with companies and clients on key ESG issues in the sectors she oversees.
She has worked in several roles at Sustainalytics, focusing on research, product innovation, and client servicing in the DACH region.
She holds a master’s degree in Business (cum laude) from the Erasmus University, Rotterdam, and a bachelor’s degree specializing in Finance (top 3%) from Maastricht University.
She is a Certified Expert in Microfinance (CEMF) and a working group member of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).
