Stephen P. Zaminski

Mr. Zaminski joined Starwood Energy in April of 2005.
He has several years of power industry experience and has completed almost $8 billion of industry transactions, including $1.6 billion as a principal.
Prior to Starwood, Mr. Zaminski was an investment banker—initially with Deutsche Banc Alex.
Brown’s Global Energy and Utilities Group followed by McManus & Miles.
While a banker, he focused on private equity advisory.
He also lead numerous private and public equity and debt offerings, M&A and structured finance transactions.
Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Zaminski worked as a management consultant for Vantage Consulting, where he advised Fortune 500 energy industry clients.
Prior to that, Mr. Zaminski performed financial analysis and business development services for UltraSystems Development Corporation, an independent power developer now owned by LG&E, and participated in the successful development and financing of eight power generation projects.
Mr. Zaminski is a frequent industry speaker at Platts, Euromoney, Skadden and Arps, Environmental Protection Agency, Energy Securities Analysis, Inc. and the California Energy Commission.
He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and received an MBA, graduating with honors, from the Wharton School.
