Steve Solcher

Mr. Solcher has extensive accounting, finance and operating experience in the real estate and private equity industries.
Prior to AIM, he held positions as Controller at MDC, a middle market private equity fund, and Vice President of Internal Audit, Taxation and M&A for Saxton, Inc., a public home builder in the Las Vegas market.
He was an Assistant Professor of Accounting and Business at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, and performed accounting, finance and expert witness testimony for several law firms in the area.
Mr. Solcher holds CPA, CMA and CIA designations.
He holds an MS in Accounting from Oklahoma State, and a BBA from St. Mary's University.
