Mr. O'Brien joins Halpern Capital, Inc., from Tidewater Equity Research LLC where he was the founder and principal responsible for identifying and analyzing Specialty Semiconductors and Networking Equipment companies.
Previously, he was affiliated with Branch Cabell a division of Tucker Anthony in Richmond, VA for five years as the Senior Technology Analyst.
