Theresa A. Chvisuk

Ms. Chvisuk joined Parthenon Capital as the Chief Financial Officer in 1999.
Prior to joining Parthenon Capital, Ms. Chvisuk provided contract CFO services to a client base of private equity firms and early stage venture capital backed companies in the high technology, biotechnology and healthcare sectors.
Previously, Ms. Chvisuk worked as a Senior Tax Manager at Price Waterhouse.
Her industry experience includes high technology, manufacturing, healthcare and business services.
While attending the Wharton School, she served as a consultant at the Wharton Small Business Development Center, where she advised small business owners on marketing strategy, financial management, financing options and business expansion.
Ms. Chvisuk earned her B.S.
in Finance and Accounting summa cum laude from The University of New Haven and her M.B.A.
from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
