Tom Mullahey

Mr. Thomas Mullahey is a Head of AEW Acquisitions at AEW Capital Management LP.
Mr. Mullahey is a member of the firm’s Risk Management Committee.
He has over 36 years of real estate experience and is responsible for overseeing the management of a variety of investment assets, located primarily in the western U.S.
He is also involved in sourcing and underwriting office and industrial investment opportunities in West Coast markets.
He joined the firm in 1995 after spending ten years at L.J.
Melody and Company as correspondent to Copley Real Estate Advisors and New England Mutual Life Insurance Company.
He is a graduate of the University of Arizona (B.S.).
