Vandana McCaw

Vandana McCaw has been a Director of Southern Star Central Corp.
since April 2006 and Managing Director of Portfolio at GE Energy Financial Services April 2006.
Previously, Ms. McCaw was Vice President of GE and joined the company as Director of Business Development.
After that, she was promoted Managing Director of Acquisitions at GE Energy Financial Services in February 2004.
Prior to joining GE, Ms. McCaw was an Executive Director of the Global Energy Group of Morgan Stanley.
She received a B.S.
in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany in 1987, and a J.D.
from Columbia School of Law in 1990.
