Wayne Stabile

Mr. Stabile joined Prometheus full-time in January 2007.
Prior to joining Prometheus, Mr. Stabile was a Partner and Transaction Team Leader at MapleWood Partners, L.P.
from 2000 to 2006, where Mr. Stabile served on both the MapleWood Executive Committee as well as the Investment Committee.
Mr. Stabile was responsible for deal sourcing, analysis, negotiation, financing, execution and monitoring, and served as a board member of Parts Depot, Inc. From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Stabile was a Principal for Investcorp International, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Stabile was a Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank for 15 years, where he originated and managed a number of credit facilities for a wide range of corporate, municipal and middle-market clients of Chase’s commercial and investment banks.
Mr. Stabile received a B.A.
from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York.
