William B.
Heye, Jr., aged 66 years, joined in November 1991 as President, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Heye will retire from active management effective December 31, 2004.
From 1989 to November 1991, he served as Executive Vice President of Ampex Corporation, a manufacturer of high-performance scanning recording systems, and President of Ampex Video Systems Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ampex Corporation and a manufacturer of professional video recorders and editing systems for the television industry.
From 1986 to 1989, Mr. Heye served as Executive Vice President of Airborn, Inc., a manufacturer of components for the aerospace and military markets.
Prior to 1986, Mr. Heye served in various senior management positions at Texas Instruments, Inc. in the United States and overseas, including Vice President and General Manager of Consumer Products and President of Texas Instruments Asia, Ltd., with headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.
