William H. Dabney

Prior to joining Dubin Clark in 1994, Mr. Dabney was employed at Oldcastle, Inc., the U.S.
division of CRH, plc, where he evaluated potential acquisition candidates, prepared strategic plans and long-range financial forecasts, and provided analytical support for marketing and operational improvement initiatives.
Previously, Mr. Dabney spent five years with the U.S.
Navy Submarine Force, graduating first in his class at the Submarine Officer's Course.
He went on to receive a B.A.
and an M.B.A.
from the University of Virginia.
