William Leung

William Leung is a Managing Director in the EQT Exeter team.
William worked for BPEA from 2017 until 2022, when the company joined forces with EQT.
Prior to joining BPEA, William was the Director of Construction Project Management at AIA Group Real Estate Investment since 2010, and previously was a VP with AIG Global Real Estate, based in Hong Kong.
Prior to that, he worked as a Project Manager at Cheung Kong Holdings Ltd, responsible for real estate development projects in Hong Kong.
William holds a Master of Project Management from the University of South Australia and various design and construction degrees from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the University of Hong Kong.
