Yerlan Ibragimovich Albisenov

Investment Fund of Kazakhstan JSC (Mgmt) (IFKM) is the fund management subsidiary of the Government of Kazakhstan's Samruk Kazyna National Welfare Fund JSC. The firm was established in 2003 by the Republic of Kazakhstan to assist in implementing their industrial policy by attracting investment and promoting financial support to non-primary sectors of economy. Based in Almaty, IFKM makes equity investments in new companies dealing with processing of raw materials, producing competitive products using new technologies and providing industrial services. They assist in increasing investment activity increase Kazakh organizations abroad by joint financing of investment projects outside the Republic of Kazakhstan that provide industrial cooperation between domestic and foreign organizations.
