Yu Jen Shih

Mr. Yu Jen Shih is a Portfolio Manager & Deputy Director of Research at Templeton Asset Management Ltd.
He brings over two decades of global and Asia investment experience and is a Portfolio Manager with a focus on Asia.
Additionally, as Deputy Director of Research, he supports the consistency and robustness of Franklin Templeton Emerging Markets Equity’s (FTEME) research process and the ongoing development of timely, high quality investment ideas by its analyst team.
He joined from Fullerton Fund Management in Singapore where he was responsible for various equity funds and was the lead manager of several Asia-focused equity funds.
Previously, he was an Equity Portfolio Manager at Henderson Global Investors and at Baring Asset Management, based in London.
Mr. Shih has a Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Engineering from Imperial College.
