Fox-Pitt, Kelton (Asia) Ltd. (Tokyo Branch) (FPK-Tokyo) is the Tokyo office and a subsidiary of Fox-Pitt, Kelton Group, an investment bank based in London and in the US, founded in 1971 and specializing in the financial sector. The group was acquired by Swiss Re Group (SWX: RUKN) in 1999 and became independent in 2006 though a management buy out backed by the private equity group JC Flowers.
