Presently, David M. Sagehorn occupies the position of Chief Financial Officer & Director at Medtec Ambulance Corp. Mr. Sagehorn is also on the board of AGCO Corp. and Chart Industries, Inc.

In the past Mr. Sagehorn held the position of Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President for Oshkosh Corp. and Financial Analyst for CNH Global Corp.

Mr. Sagehorn received an MBA from Marquette University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
