Germain Lamonde founded EXFO, Inc. Presently, he is Executive Chairman of EXFO, Inc., Chairman of Encqor and Chairman & Secretary at 11172239 Canada, Inc.

He is also on the board of Exfo Europe Ltd. and QG100 Network.

He received a graduate degree from Université Laval and an undergraduate degree from L'École Polytechnique de Montréal.
