Currently, Michael J. Happe is President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Winnebago Industries, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of Newmar Corp. (a subsidiary of Winnebago Industries, Inc.). Mr. Happe is also on the board of H.B. Fuller Co. and Minnesota Zoo and Member of Golf Course Superintendents Association of America and Member of Sports Turf Managers Association.

In the past he was Group VP-Residential & Contractor Businesses at The Toro Co. and Director-Golf Marketing at The Home Depot, Inc.

Michael J. Happe received an undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and an MBA from The Curtis L. Carlson School of Management.
