He is also on the board of DKSH Holding AG, Famous Holdings Pte Ltd., SingPost eCommerce II Pte Ltd. and SingPost Logistics Investments Pte Ltd.

In his past career Dr. Baier occupied the position of Group CEO & Non-Independent Executive Director at Singapore Post Ltd. and Partner at McKinsey & Co. Singapore Pte Ltd.

Dr. Baier received a graduate degree from The University of Exeter, a graduate degree from the University of Graz and a doctorate and a graduate degree from the University of Vienna.
