Akmal Mirsadikov

Mr. Mirsadikov has an extensive experience of working in the financial sector.
Prior to his appointment as the General Director of Ansher Capital he worked as Deputy General Director and was in charge of the research and analysis department of the company.
He first started his career as a loan officer at project finance department of JSC “Pakhta Bank” and later was promoted to a chief financial analyst position at credit risk management department.
As a loan officer he managed a great number of investment projects derived from various industries such as oil and gas, mining, telecom, agricultural machinery, healthcare, food processing and others.
At credit risk management department he was responsible for monitoring the entire loan portfolio of the bank and working with doubtful and bad loans.
He introduced new solution approaches, which substantially facilitated in decreasing the amounts of bad loans and led a team project in conversion of data into new automated database system.
Akmal holds BSB from Indiana University, Bloomington double majoring in finance and international relations.
He received his MBA from University of World Economy and Diplomacy (Tashkent, Uzbekistan).
