Alain Beyeler

Mr. Alain Beyeler is a Portfolio Manager at GAM Investment Management (Switzerland) AG.
He joined the firm in May 2012.
He is a fund manager responsible for running a global equity market neutral hedge fund.
He specializes in combining advanced quantitative with proven fundamental investment methodologies.
In previous roles at GAM he co-managed a global equity fund for four years and a market neutral fund for two years.
Prior to joining GAM Group, he worked as a junior global fixed income portfolio manager at Credit Suisse Asset Management and as a global portfolio strategist in the Credit Suisse Asset Allocation Division.
Prior to that, he was a Quantitative Analyst at Finreon Asset Management and a Portfolio Construction Specialist at UBS.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
