Alex Valner

Mr. Alexander J.
Valner is a President & Managing Partner at Center Capital Partners LLC.
He is on the Board of Directors at UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate.
Mr. Valner oversees all acquisitions, business operations, and portfolio management and sits on the company Investment Committee.
Prior to co-founding Center Capital Partners LLC, Mr. Valner was responsible for Western United States acquisitions and asset management efforts at Northwood Investors, as well Southern California acquisition efforts at Canyon Partners focusing on both equity and debt investments.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Valner has been intimately involved in all aspects of business including acquisitions, dispositions, development, redevelopment, asset management, leasing and property management.
This has included involvement in the deployment of over $1.4 billion in equity and the acquisition, development, and management of 20.0 million square feet of commercial properties.
Mr. Valner received a B.S.
in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated cum laude.
