Andrew J. Murray

Mr. Murray joins O'Connor from Lehman Brothers where he has worked for the past eleven years, mostly recently as a Senior Vice President and Deal Manager in Lehman's Global Real Estate Group (GREG).
While at Lehman, he had production responsibilities for investing Lehman's capital across GREG's various product lines: CMBS, structured finance, mezzanine debt and joint venture equity.
Prior to Lehman, his capital market experience includes six years of investment banking and private placement work with Sonnenblick Goldman, and two years of direct mortgage lending and joint venture equity investment work with American International Group.
Mr. Murray holds a B.S.B.A from Georgetown University and an M.B.A from the Stern Graduate School of Business at N.Y.U.
