Bruce T. Cunningham

Prior to joining JER in 1992, Mr. Cunningham held a variety of positions with GRC International Inc., a NYSE publicly traded technology company.
Some of his positions included Corporate Controller, where he was responsible for both internal financial reporting and external reporting to the SEC, and Director of Finance and Administration for International Operations of a bio-technology division within the company.
Prior to joining GRC International Inc., he worked as an auditor at a public accounting firm.
Mr. Cunningham is a graduate of the University of Maryland where he obtained a B.S.
degree in Accounting.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.
