Burton Stohl

Mr. Stohl co-founded Ridgeview Capital in June 2003.
Prior to that, in 1967, he joined the Corporate Finance office of Dean Witter in Los Angeles.
Later, he directed Dean Witter’s Los Angeles Corporate Finance Department, West Coast Corporate Finance department, and was a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance Management Committee.
In 1997, Mr. Stohl left Dean Witter to form C.
Burton Stohl & Co., a private advisory firm serving middle market companies in the Mountain West and Southern California.
Throughout his career, he has been advising boards of directors and owners of both publicly and privately held corporations in mergers and acquisitions, private placements and advisory assignments.
He has assisted companies in numerous industries.
He has also been a contributor to the launch of several private equity and venture capital firms.
Mr. Stohl holds a BS degree from University of Utah and his MBA degree from Harvard Business School.
