Camille J. Hensey

Hensey has been Vice President & Corporate Secretary of RLI Corp.
since 1996.
Her duties include board, shareholder and subsidiary matters, NYSE compliance, securities regulation, insider trading and reporting, management of the rate form filing and agency licensing units.
She joined RLI in 1970 as an Administrative Assistant.
She was promoted to Corporate Secretary in 1974 and served RLI in that capacity until 1984.
She returned to RLI in 1987 to the same position and gained the title of Vice President & Corporate Secretary in 1996.
She attended University of Arizona in Tucson and Bradley University in Peoria.
She is a member of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries and is an Alpha Delti Pi alumnus.
