During this period, he led and successfully exited multiple investments across Europe for CVCI.
Before CVCI, he originated and structured project finance transactions for Citi across the EMEA region.
From 1996 to 2000, he worked with Bank of Scotland in Edinburgh in various positions in project finance and acquisition finance.
Mr. Clark has a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Management from the University of Dundee, Scotland and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
